Hotel and flight cancellations or refunds are controlled by the external provider and the fare or room terms selected at booking. Contact that provider directly using your booking confirmation.
Direct Tour Kashmir services
The cancellation terms for a tour, transfer or experience will be shown in your written proposal. Tell us promptly in writing if plans change. Supplier charges already incurred may be deducted where stated in the proposal.
Weather and safety changes
If conditions make an activity unsafe or unavailable, we may adjust the route or timing and will explain the available alternative.
